Remarks
The fade is drawn as a full-screen triangle over the camera target the renderer has bound for this pass,
rather than with CommandBuffer.Blit. With single-pass instanced XR, URP draws every draw call once
per eye and the fade shader sends each to its own eye; a Blit only reached one eye, leaving the
other eye unfaded.
