Remarks

This settings asset is stored under Assets/Settings/ and made available in the Project Settings under the path defined by the SettingsAttribute.

To appear in the Project Settings window, this class defines a static method marked with SettingsProviderAttribute. The provider sets up a custom UI using UI Toolkit and binds serialized properties for editing.

This class also integrates with the build system via SettingsBuildHelper to ensure the settings are preloaded at runtime when necessary.
