Class HandlebarCalibrationSetup

Namespace: mobisim.Actors.UserCamera.Editor

One-time setup: adds Ultraleap hand tracking and hand models to the Varjo XR rig and the handlebar calibration to the VR scooter. Done through the prefab API instead of hand-editing YAML so references and variant overrides stay valid.
